Graphic Designer
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with expertise in Canva to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in translating ideas into visually appealing designs that resonate with our target audience. Your primary responsibility will be to utilize your advanced skills in Canva to design captivating graphics for various digital and print materials.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
Create visually stunning graphics using Canva for social media posts, website banners, email newsletters, presentations, and other marketing materials.
Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts based on brand guidelines and project briefs.
Ensure that all designs effectively communicate the intended message and adhere to brand standards.
Optimize graphics for web and print, considering factors such as file size, resolution, and color accuracy.
Work closely with stakeholders to incorporate feedback and revisions into designs.
Maintain organized file management and documentation of design assets.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing Canva expertise.
Proficiency in using Canva to create high-quality graphics and designs.
Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of projects.
Time Commitment:
This position requires only 60 minutes per week of the volunteer’s time.
