Event Coordinator
We are looking for an enthusiastic Event Coordinator to help us plan and execute successful events for our organization. The Event Coordinator will play a key role in coordinating logistics, managing volunteers, and ensuring that events run smoothly. Previous experience in event planning or coordination is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and organizing events, including workshops, fundraisers, and community gatherings.
Coordinate event logistics, such as venue selection, catering, equipment rental, and transportation.
Monitor event timelines and schedules to ensure all activities are executed on time.
Communicate event details and updates to participants, volunteers, and stakeholders.
Evaluate event success and gather feedback for future improvements.
Time Commitment:
This position requires only 60 minutes per week of the volunteer’s time.
